A Cozy Christmas Session With a Loving Two Mom Family
One of my favorite sessions featured a loving two mom family and their daughter. The connection between these parents was effortless, and their warmth carried through every image. Their daughter was full of personality and clearly adored, making the session both relaxed and joyful.
As a mom of two daughters myself, I feel especially comfortable working with kids, and that ease really shows during sessions like this. When parents feel supported and children feel safe to be themselves, we are able to capture genuine moments that feel true to the family rather than forced poses.

Another Christmas session included a family with two daughters and a dog who was absolutely thrilled to be part of the photos. He brought nonstop energy and joy, which made for some truly fun and memorable images.
The girls were playful, affectionate, and full of holiday spirit. Between laughter, movement, and spontaneous moments, this session captured the real dynamic of family life. Including pets often adds an extra layer of personality, and this session was a great reminder that sometimes the best photos happen in between the posed ones.

A Christmas Session Turned Pregnancy Announcement
One of the most meaningful sessions this season was with a soon to be mom and dad who used their Christmas photos to announce they are expecting. They brought along their two very well behaved dogs, who sat proudly beside them throughout the session.
At one point I jokingly asked if they were announcing twins, which immediately reminded me of a past client who actually was announcing twins and how badly I scared her by asking the same thing. This time it ended in laughter, but it was a reminder of how emotional and exciting these milestones can be.
